Sugar Bush and Maple Syrup!

Always look forward to visiting the Sugar Bush at this time of the year – even though it is modernized and they have a high tech way of tapping the trees now, they still have tours showing the old fashioned way – did you know – takes 40 litres of sap to make 1 litre of Maple Syrup!
